Production Supervisor

Job Summary

We are hiring a Production Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing operations of fencing products and welded mesh. The role involves hands-on supervision of shop floor activities, ensuring smooth production flow, consistent quality, timely delivery, and strict adherence to safety and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct quality checks four times a day to ensure production standards.

Monitor and maintain attendance of workers during shifts.

Perform regular line walks to ensure all workers are at their assigned machines.

Strictly enforce safety protocols and report any violations immediately.

Escalate issues in case of missed targets, QC concerns, or equipment breakdowns.

Submit end-of-shift production reports, verified and audited by the Factory Manager.

Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology preferred.

1–1.5 years of supervisory experience in steel products, wire & mesh, or fencing manufacturing.

Strong understanding of welded mesh, wire drawing, galvanizing, and fencing product processes.

Knowledge of production planning, manpower management, and quality control.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and team management abilities.

Willingness to work in shifts and meet production deadlines.
