Job Description

📍 Location: Kolhapur 🕒 Full-time | Shift-based Do you have a passion for mechanical design and innovation? We’re looking for a Design Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to the development of high-performance machines and industrial solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop mechanical components and systems for machines and equipment. • Create detailed 2D and 3D models using CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, etc.). • Prepare manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation. • Collaborate with production, procurement, and R&D teams to bring designs to life. • Conduct design calculations, stress analysis, and performance evaluations. • Participate in prototyping, testing, and design validation. • Continuously improve existing designs for performance, cost, and manufacturability. Requirements: • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field. • 1–3 years of experience in machine or mechanical design (freshers with strong skills may also apply). • Proficiency in CAD tools like SolidWorks, Inventor, or AutoCAD. • Understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and mechanical systems. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and standards. • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. • Strong teamwork and communication abilities. 📩 Interested candidates can send their resume to hindzerowaste@gmail.com 📞 For more info, contact: +91 9834844969
