Role Summary

Production Shift Incharges

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor day-to-day production activities during the assigned shift.
Ensure achievement of production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage.
Maintain production reports, logs, and shift handover notes.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and plant operating standards.
Manage and guide shift operators and workers to ensure efficiency.

Skills & Competencies

Good knowledge of AAC block manufacturing or similar production processes.
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems preferred.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and manage team performance.
