AM/DM/Senior executive

Role Summary:

channel sales

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage strong dealer/distributor networks
• Drive secondary sales of products:

  AAC Blocks, Tile Adhesives, Putty, Waterproofing

• Identify and engage with influencers:

  contractors, applicators, engineers

• Plan and execute

  on-ground marketing activities and retail promotions

• Track sales performance, claims, collections, and channel hygiene
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth logistics, pricing, and service
• Provide competitor insights and suggest actionable strategies

👤 Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience:

  5 to 10 years in channel sales

• Industry:

  AAC Blocks, Tile Adhesive, Cement, Paints, Waterproofing, or Construction Chemicals

• Education:

  Graduate/Diploma (Civil/Chemical preferred); MBA in Marketing/Sales is a plus
• Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in handling regional sales and driving numbers
