Job Summary:

The Production Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the daily manufacturing operations to ensure timely production, quality output, cost efficiency, and adherence to safety standards. The role involves close coordination with design, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams to achieve production targets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and manage production activities to meet customer delivery timelines.
• Supervise the entire fabrication and assembly process of steel structures / PEB components.
• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
• Monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate with the Quality team to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain production records, daily reports, and performance dashboards.
• Ensure safety compliance and enforce workplace discipline on the shop floor.
• Liaise with Maintenance for timely upkeep of machines and equipment.
• Train and guide production staff for better efficiency and skill enhancement.
• Report production status, challenges, and progress to senior management regularly.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good knowledge of fabrication, welding, and assembly processes
• Familiar with production planning tools and ERP systems
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards (ISO, OSHA preferred)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,870.72 - ₹34,138.51 per month
