Role Overview:

We are inviting fresh B.E. Mechanical graduates who are passionate, hardworking, and eager to learn about the PEB and steel fabrication industry. As a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET), you will be trained and exposed to various departments such as production, quality, maintenance, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in production planning and process monitoring at the PEB manufacturing plant.
• Support the mechanical maintenance team in machine upkeep, inspection, and preventive maintenance.
• Learn and understand fabrication drawings, machine operations, and assembly processes.
• Participate in quality checks and ensure adherence to company standards and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with senior engineers and supervisors for daily plant operations.
• Maintain documentation and prepare reports as per company guidelines.
• Demonstrate continuous learning, adaptability, and teamwork.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Freshers – 2024/2025 pass-outs preferred).
• Experience: 0–1 year (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Skills & Attributes:
• Strong interest in PEB / steel structure manufacturing.
• Good understanding of mechanical concepts and machine operations.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD / SolidWorks (added advantage).
• Willingness to work on shop floor and learn practical aspects of production.
• Good communication, discipline, and teamwork skills.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Training Period: 6 Months (Performance-based confirmation)

Compensation: As per company policy

Reporting To: Department Head / Production Supervisor
