Reports To: Site Supervisor / Plant Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and responsible Hydra Operator to operate and maintain hydra cranes for material handling, loading/unloading, and site operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in operating Hydra cranes safely and efficiently, ensuring smooth operations at the worksite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Hydra crane for loading, unloading, shifting, and positioning of heavy materials and equipment.
• Conduct pre-operation checks and ensure the crane is in good working condition.
• Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures during crane operation.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and rigging personnel for safe movement of loads.
• Maintain daily log of operations, fuel consumption, and maintenance records.
• Report any mechanical issues or damages to the maintenance team immediately.
• Ensure compliance with all site safety standards and company policies.
• Assist in minor maintenance and cleaning of the Hydra crane as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 10th Pass or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating Hydra cranes.
• License: Valid heavy vehicle driving license with Hydra operation endorsement (if applicable).
• Skills:
• Good understanding of load charts and crane capacities.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to safety and operational discipline.

Work Conditions:

• Work is primarily on construction sites, warehouses, or industrial premises.
