Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities to meet targets and quality standards.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of production staff and ensure optimum resource utilization.
• Monitor equipment performance, maintenance, and production processes for continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance protocols.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and coordinate with procurement for timely supply.
• Prepare production reports, analyze performance metrics, and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, quality, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum

  5–8 years of experience

  in production management, preferably in manufacturing or engineering industries.
• Strong technical and analytical skills with problem-solving ability.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Good communication skills in

  English

  (mandatory).
• Willingness to relocate to

  Cameroon

  .
