Job Locations (Openings 1 per Region)

North India

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as the

    Single Point of Contact (SPOC)

    for customers and Managed Service Engineers (MSEs), ensuring service commitments are delivered on time.
  • Understand

    customer needs & business goals

    , ensuring Woodtech’s services create measurable value.
  • Manage

    daily service allocation & project handling

    , ensuring engineers are deployed effectively and tasks are closed as per schedule.
  • Monitor

    Service Level Objectives (SLOs)

    and take immediate action on risks/delays by escalating or raising

    RED FLAG alerts

    .
  • Coordinate with

    cross-functional teams

    (Spares, Servicing, Billing, Collections) for smooth project execution.
  • Provide

    technical guidance & mentorship

    to service engineers on machinery installation, commissioning & troubleshooting.
  • Build a

    learning culture

    by updating engineers on new machinery features, customer-handling skills & best practices.
  • Identify

    skill gaps

    within the service team and arrange structured training sessions, refresher workshops, or OEM-led knowledge transfers.
  • Support

    demo & showroom activities

    , including trials and machine performance demonstrations.
  • Maintain

    transparent customer communication

    during service updates, escalations, and project progress.
  • Ensure compliance with

    company policies, warranty terms, AMC agreements, and service documentation standards

    .
  • Prepare accurate

    service reports

    (daily, weekly, monthly) capturing project updates, open issues & customer feedback.
