Job Title: Head of Production Management – Textile Industry

Location: Bhiwandi, Mumbai

Salary: Up to ₹8 LPA

Head of Production Management

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end production process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee the planning and scheduling of production runs to meet customer demands while maintaining high quality standards.
• Manage and train the production team, ensuring effective communication, performance, and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Monitor production KPIs, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with procurement, inventory management, and other departments to ensure the timely availability of raw materials.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any production-related issues in a timely manner.
• Continuously explore new technologies and methodologies to improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and ensure the company remains competitive.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on production performance and improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum of

  7 years of experience

  in production management, specifically in the textile industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
• In-depth understanding of textile manufacturing processes and machinery.
• Expertise in production planning, inventory control, and resource management.
• Knowledge of industry safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.

Educational Qualifications
