Production Manager (Textile)

Job Description: As a Production Incharge at our Textile industry in Erode, you will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and planning the activities of personnel involved in processing and manufacturing textile products, fabrics, fur, and leather. Your role will involve establishing work methods to meet deadlines, ordering equipment and supplies, as well as coordinating work with other sections within the organization. You will also be required to solve work-related problems, recommend measures to increase productivity, manage and train staff, and ensure compliance with occupational safety standards. Additionally, as a Production Incharge, you will be expected to draft reports, adjust machinery and equipment as required, and play a key role in maintaining a smooth production process. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a degree in any discipline, have at least 5 years of experience in textile production, and possess knowledge of textile production and sewing machines. Proficiency in English and Tamil languages is preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs. 25,000 to 30,000/- based on experience, along with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
