Production Manager (Textile)

Job Description: As a Production Incharge at our Textile industry in Erode, your role involves supervising, coordinating, and planning the activities of personnel involved in processing and manufacturing textile products, fabrics, fur, and leather. You will be responsible for establishing work methods to meet deadlines, coordinating work with other sections, ordering equipment and supplies, and solving work-related problems to increase productivity. Additionally, you will be managing and training staff, ensuring compliance with occupational safety standards, drafting reports, and adjusting machinery and equipment as required.
