Production Manager

Organisation is leading Chemical Ink Manufacturing Industry and Printing Industry Located at Changodar, Ahmedabad.

Required Education : BSc or MSc in Chemistry with min 8 to 10 Years Experience as Production Manager Profile in Chemical Manufacturing Industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Plan and coordinate the production process, including the scheduling of production runs and the allocation of resources.
• Oversee shop floor operations ensuring adherence to quality control standards
• Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions when targets are not met
• Enforce safety and compliance standards across all operational areas
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce waste
• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and supply chain departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Ensure that production processes are safe, efficient, and comply with relevant regulations and standards.
• Monitor production performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to improve efficiency.
• Manage a team of production supervisors and employees, providing guidance and support to ensure their development and effective performance.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and dispatch, to ensure the timely availability of materials.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that products meet customer requirements.
• Monitors production quality, ensuring adherence to standards and specifications
• Identifies and resolves production issues, suggesting improvements.
