1. To ensure production scheduling and delivery as per Production plan.
2. Responsible for quality and on time delivery.
3. Responsible for optimum utilization of men and machine.
4. Work with Engineering, Production and Procurement teams to ensure uniform
loading of production capacities.
5. Allocate workload to the staff and train the existing staff on achieving export
quality.
6. Review safety procedures and inform Plant Head.
7. Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal suppliers and customers
for ensuring that required inputs are available on time.
8. Improve delivery performance of Production against Production Plan.
9. To prepare and maintain MIS containing information regarding production on a
Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annual basis.
10. Ensure continuous improvement through KAIZENS, ISO and 5S.
11. Ensure Health and Safety policies are complied with.
Production Manager is responsible for Production Planning and Control and ensure the end Quality and delivery is met as per time lines.
