In addition to our core expertise in wiring harnesses, we are recognized as one of India's leading manufacturers and converters of foam products as well. Our diverse product range serves multiple industries, including automotive, electronics, white goods, and healthcare.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Educational Background:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related field.

  • A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a production management role within the manufacturing

industry.

  • Proven track record of managing production lines, implementing process improvements, and

ensuring product quality.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling: Establishing schedules based on deadlines determined by sales and operations

planning (S&OP) schedules and service demands.

  • Monitoring Productivity: Utilizing charts and SAP (B1) software to monitor productivity and

manage work canter.

  • Capital Expenditure Recommendations: Making recommendations on capital expenditures to

improve capacity and quality.

  • Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing processes and procedures to improve

efficiency and quality.

  • Team Leadership: Providing motivation, support, and guidance to employees, developing and

training them.

  • Problem Solving: Offering decisive leadership and clear direction in everyday and pressure

situations.

  • Process & Productivity Improvement: Identifying and implementing processes and procedures

to improve efficiency and quality.

  • Quality control, Inventory management, process improvement, MIS.
