Brief JD:

The Production Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for managing the infrastructure that supports our payment gateway systems in a production environment. You will oversee the deployment, monitoring, optimization, and maintenance of all infrastructure components.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

● 8+ years of experience managing production infrastructure in high-availability, mission-critical environments, ideally within a payment gateway or fintech organization.

● Proven experience in managing cloud environments (AWS) and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.

● Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, load balancing, firewalls, VPNs, and distributed system architectures.

● Experience with database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and database management, including high availability and disaster recovery strategies.

● Expertise in automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or Kubernetes) for deployment, configuration, and management of infrastructure.

● Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

● Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or similar, and the ability to analyze performance metrics.
