The Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of the company to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality standards are met. They coordinate and manage resources, streamline processes, and lead teams to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards.
• Oversee daily business operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Manage and lead teams across different departments, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management.
• Optimize operational processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with other departments such as sales, marketing, finance, and HR.
• Manage inventory, supply chain, and logistics operations.
• Resolve operational issues and customer complaints promptly.
• Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical and diploma in mechanical , or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role (typically 10+ years).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and operations management software.
• Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
