SALES MANAGER - CONTACT NO - 7579367345 Job Summary: The Technical Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of technical or specialized products/services by leveraging technical expertise and industry knowledge. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their technical requirements, providing tailored solutions, and supporting the sales team with technical insights to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans for technical products/services to achieve revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets. Engage with clients to understand their technical needs and provide expert consultation. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients. Collaborate with engineering, product development, and support teams to address customer requirements. Provide technical support during the sales process, including proposal development and negotiations. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new technologies. Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and technical proposals. Support the training and development of sales team members on technical aspects. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and generate leads. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related technical field. Proven experience (3+ years) in technical sales or a similar role. Strong technical knowledge of [industry-specific products/services]. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to clients. Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
