Key Requirements

Experience: Minimum 7–8 years in PEB (Pre‑Engineered Buildings) industry — mandatory

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical, Civil, or related field)

Language: Hindi — must

Responsibilities

Oversee and lead the entire production operations in the PEB division, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.

Guarantee timely delivery of projects while maintaining strict adherence to quality standards and client specifications.

Collaborate closely with design, procurement, and project execution teams to align production schedules with overall project timelines.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, implement lean manufacturing practices, and optimize resource utilization.

Supervise workforce performance, provide training, and foster a culture of accountability, safety, and excellence.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.

Prepare detailed production reports, analyze key metrics, and present findings to senior management for strategic decision‑making.

Desired Skills

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

In‑depth technical expertise in PEB manufacturing processes.

Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Effective problem‑solving and decision‑making skills under tight deadlines.

Excellent communication skills in Hindi (mandatory) and English (preferred).
