Job Title: Production Manager (or Operations Manager) - Embroidery, leather, Woven Label and Tags Manufacturing Founded in 1995 in Delhi, North India, Atam Graphics is a leading name in the apparel industry. Direct Manufacturing Experience: Look for someone with a proven track record in manufacturing, specifically in a production management role. Experience in offset and screen printing, woven label, leather label, tags, embroidery labels process-driven manufacturing. * Years of Experience: Typically 5+ years of proven experience in production/operations management is a good starting point, but consider more for senior roles. * Machinery and Equipment: Understanding of the specific machinery used in label printing (e.g., Offset, weaving, Screen, flexographic, digital presses) * Quality Control: Knowledge of quality assurance standards relevant to both labels. * Leadership & Team Management: Ability to inspire, guide, and motivate a production team. Experience managing supervisors and a large workforce. * Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve production challenges, make data-driven decisions, and adapt to unexpected issues. * Key Responsibilities: * Overseeing daily production operations. * Developing and implementing production schedules to meet deadlines and quality standards. * Managing raw material procurement, inventory, and logistics for both product lines. * Ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency in production processes. * Implementing and monitoring quality control programs. * Enforcing health and safety regulations. * Supervising, training, and mentoring production staff (including supervisors). * Preparing production and performance reports. * Managing operational budgets. * Required Skills and Qualifications: List the hard and soft skills identified in step 1.
