Direct Manufacturing Experience: Look for someone with a proven track record in manufacturing, specifically in a production management role. Experience in offset and screen printing, woven label, leather label, tags, embroidery labels process-driven manufacturing. * Years of Experience: Typically 5+ years of proven experience in production/operations management is a good starting point, but consider more for senior roles. * Machinery and Equipment: Understanding of the specific machinery used in label printing (e.g., Offset, weaving, Screen, flexographic, digital presses) * Quality Control: Knowledge of quality assurance standards relevant to both labels. * Leadership & Team Management: Ability to inspire, guide, and motivate a production team.
