Production Incharge

Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and control the production process to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Supervise and monitor production staff, assigning duties and ensuring discipline and safety compliance. Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials. Monitor quality standards throughout the production cycle and implement corrective actions if needed. Maintain production records, prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports, and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime and keep machines in good working condition. Manage inventory of raw materials, tools, and finished goods in coordination with the stores/warehouse. Implement lean manufacturing practices and suggest improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on the shop floor. Train, motivate, and evaluate workers to achieve maximum productivity and growth. Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (or related field). Proven experience in production supervision/management (minimum 3–7 years depending on industry). Strong leadership and team management skills. Good knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and quality standards (ISO, Six Sigma preferred). Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, or production-related software.
