Description
As a Wood Production professional, you will be responsible for managing the daily production of woofer box cabinets. This includes planning and executing the production process, from cutting to CNC routing, gluing, and assembling. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the production flow and ensuring smooth operations - Handling machines such as Panel Cutting Machine, CNC Wood Router, MDF Gluing Machine/Press, and various hand tools - Conducting quality control checks on MDF cutting accuracy, CNC finishing, bonding strength, and surface finishing - Managing material stock and optimizing sheet cutting to reduce wastage - Leading a team of helpers, cutters, CNC operators, and gluing machine operators - Coordinating with the design team for cutting drawings and final assembly teams To excel in this role, you should have experience in the MDF wood industry, modular furniture, or speaker cabinet manufacturing. You must possess good knowledge of CNC wood routing and gluing operations, as well as the ability to lead a team and run a full production shift. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in industries such as modular furniture factories, MDF Panel processing units, speaker cabinet/woofer box manufacturing companies, and interior factories with CNC wood machines.
