Company Leading RMC company in Vapi Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Production / maintainence Incharge at VAPI RMC, based in Vapi. The Production Incharge will oversee the daily manufacturing operations, ensuring quality and efficiency standards are met. Responsibilities include managing workflows, monitoring equipment and resources, supervising the production team, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to meet production targets and reporting on any issues that may impact productivity. Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills Proficiency in production processes, equipment maintenance, and resource management Knowledge of safety and environmental compliance practices Data analysis and problem-resolution skills to enhance productivity and overcome challenges Excellent communication and decision-making abilities Prior experience in production or manufacturing environments is required Ability to adapt to hybrid work arrangements, balancing on-site and remote tasks.
