Job Role:

We are excited to announce that Mivi, a leading Indian electronics brand, is currently hiring for Customer Support Executive roles and would love to collaborate with your institution to onboard fresh, dynamic talent.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

· Make outbound calls to customers for post-purchase follow-ups, service reminders and feedback collection.

· Assist customers with product usage, troubleshooting, warranty claims and replacement requests.

· Ensure quick and accurate resolution of customer concerns while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

 

Sales & Promotion

· Promote MIVI products and services during outbound calls.

· Educate customers about product features, benefits and ongoing offers/promotions.

· Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

· Follow up on leads and convert prospects into sales, while ensuring customer satisfaction.

 

Documentation & Reporting

· Maintain detailed logs of outbound calls, issues and resolutions in the CRM system.

· Track call outcomes and prepare reports on customer interactions, leads and conversions.

· Share customer insights with relevant teams to support process and product improvements.

 

Collaboration

· Coordinate with technical support and logistics teams for escalated customer concerns.

· Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align with promotions and new product launches.

 

Requirements

· Strong verbal communication skills in English & Hindi.

· Minimum 2 years of proven experience in outbound calling (Customer Support / Telecalling / Sales).

· Ability to handle and resolve customer concerns effectively.

· Prior outbound calling experience in sales is highly preferred, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

· Good negotiation, persuasion and customer handling skills.

· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, Email platforms).

· Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Transportation facility will be provided by the company.
