About Us: MachinesWale is a leading online marketplace for heavy and industrial machinery — offering solutions for buying, selling, and renting equipment across categories like construction, agriculture, dairy, commercial kitchen, and packaging. We’re expanding our sales team to enhance our customer support and response to incoming sales enquiries. Job Responsibilities: Handle back-office sales enquiries for various machinery categories (Agriculture, Dairy, Commercial Kitchen, Packaging, etc.). Communicate with customers via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to understand their requirements. Prepare and share quotations, product details, and offers as per customer needs. Maintain enquiry records and follow up systematically to convert leads into sales. Ensure excellent customer service and maintain professional communication at all times. Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (preferred). 1–4 years of experience in sales or back-office sales in the machinery or equipment industry. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi . Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and WhatsApp Business . Strong coordination, follow-up, and negotiation abilities. Interest in industrial and agricultural machinery is an added advantage. Salary: Competitive, based on experience and skills.
