We offer installation, service, technical troubleshooting, and maintenance support for various machinery and solutions.

Position: Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and responsible Service Technician to handle installation, repair, preventive maintenance, and technical support for equipment supplied to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Installation and setup of equipment at client locations
Troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of electrical/mechanical systemsPerform scheduled preventive maintenance and service callsProvide operational training and after-sales support to customersRespond to customer service calls and document service activitiesMaintain tools, spare parts inventory, and service logs

Skills & Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration, Agriculture equipment, Mechatronics, or related field
• Experience in servicing dairy machinery, refrigeration, pumps, industrial equipment, or farm automation is an advantage
• Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and mechanical schematics
• Basic computer and reporting skills
• Willingness to travel for field service work
