Product Trainer

Role Overview: A Product Trainer cum Recruitment Manager is a dual-role professional who is responsible for both training employees (especially on products or services) and managing recruitment efforts. A Product Trainer is responsible for conducting training sessions for new hire employees, conducting product training programs for sales teams, and developing product knowledge and expertise for customers. The trainer develops materials and programs that ensure optimum learning for the employees and customers. Key Responsibilities: . Willingness to travel as required. · Conducts training sessions for new hire employees · Conducts product training programs for sales teams · Develops product knowledge and expertise for customers · Develops training materials and programs · Assesses training needs and implements training programs accordingly · Measures the effectiveness of training programs · Provides feedback to management on training outcomes · Keeps abreast of new product developments and updates training programs accordingly · Identifying hiring needs in coordination with department managers · Screening applications, conducting interviews and coordinating interview panels · Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for future needs Requirements: · Graduate/Post Graduate in a related field. · 4-6 years in any professional stream, with at least 4 years of experience Ed-tech/NGO as a Product Trainer or a similar role · Strong motivation to contribute to social impact. · Methodical approach to work and decision-making. · Takes initiative with a never-give-up attitude. · Extroverted, skilled in handling and motivating diverse employees. · Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills · Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies · Ability to design and develop training programs · Ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions to employees and customers · Strong organizational and time management skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
