Product Trainer

You are a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Trainer with at least 1 year of experience in training or sales. Your passion for mentoring sales professionals and fluency in at least two South Indian languages will be beneficial in improving the performance of our sales teams. You will be responsible for delivering structured sales training sessions, developing training materials tailored to regional markets, conducting role-plays and workshops, tracking trainee progress, and collaborating with sales managers to customize content based on training needs. Your key responsibilities include: - Delivering structured sales training sessions to new and existing team members - Developing training materials, sales scripts, and modules tailored to regional markets - Conducting role-plays, workshops, and feedback sessions to enhance team performance - Tracking trainee progress and providing ongoing support and mentorship - Collaborating with sales managers to identify training needs and customize content accordingly - Ensuring training effectiveness through assessments and performance tracking - Staying up to date with market trends, products, and industry best practices Requirements for this role: - Minimum 1 year of experience in sales training, direct sales, or related roles - Graduate in any discipline (bachelor's degree required) - Fluency in any two South Indian languages (Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu) is mandatory - Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills - Willingness to work from Bangalore, Chennai, Kochi, or Hyderabad based on preference - Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital training tools/platforms - Ability to motivate and engage a team with energy and clarity,
