Product Trainer

As an experienced educator, you will be responsible for enhancing curriculum and instruction through the application of multimedia tools. Your role will involve mentoring, peer coaching, and effectively instructing diverse learners using a variety of instructional strategies. Your proficiency with technology, including presentation equipment and desktop publishing, will be essential in innovatively integrating technology into the learning environment. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize multimedia tools to improve curriculum and instruction - Mentor and coach peers in classroom management and curriculum alignment - Instruct diverse learners using effective strategies - Stay updated on national, state, and district standards for instructional methods - Develop training materials and tutorials for district-supported programs Qualifications Required: - Minimum four years of successful classroom teaching experience - Knowledge of K-12 curriculum and core content topics - Proficiency with technology and willingness to apply it innovatively - Effective communication, planning, and leadership skills - Ability to work independently and under pressure - Strong interpersonal skills for building professional relationships - Willingness to travel as needed In addition to the above, the company offers health insurance and Provident Fund benefits for this full-time position.
