Job Title: Product Trainer

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 5+ years in Technical Product Training, preferably in a B2B tech or AI-driven company

About the Role:

The Product Trainer - Lead will be responsible for delivering top class product training on the Kore.ai Products and Solutions to customers, employees and partners. The training should enable the participants to meet their business requirements and derive full value from the application. Training can be delivered through multiple modes like onsite, classroom, online and e - learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver trainingon Kore.ai Products and Solutions for employees, clientsand partners.
• Create and develop trainingguides, decks, videosand other trainingcontent.
• Regular curriculum enhancement with productenhancements.
• Keep up with productdevelopments by interacting with various productdevelopment teams.
• Utilize effectivepresentation and facilitation skills.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ yrs of experience in Software ProductImplementation Training.
• Excellent EnglishCommunication skills - oral, written,and listening.
• Interaction - facilitation, teamwork, and collaboration.
• Self - organized and ability to work with minimal direction.
• Knowledge of Javascript will be an added advantage.
