Role Overview: A Product Trainer cum Recruitment Manager is a dual-role professional who is responsible for both training employees (especially on products or services) and managing recruitment efforts. A Product Trainer is responsible for conducting training sessions for new hire employees, conducting product training programs for sales teams, and developing product knowledge and expertise for customers. The trainer develops materials and programs that ensure optimum learning for the employees and customers. Key Responsibilities: .
