Position: Product Specialist – Customer Engagement Channel (CEC) Company: ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund Location: Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, Chhattisgarh Experience Required: 7+ Years Industry: Financial Services – Mutual Funds Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent ⸻ Role Overview: ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund is seeking a highly experienced Product Specialist to join the Customer Engagement Channel (CEC), responsible for the key markets of Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, and Chhattisgarh. This role involves driving business growth through upselling mutual fund products to retail and HNI clients, building deep distributor relationships, and delivering product training and market insights to internal and external stakeholders. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Sales & Product Positioning Promote and upsell ICICI Pru MF products to both retail and HNI clients. Drive wallet share through effective need-based product recommendations. • Target Achievement Consistently meet assigned sales and AUM targets by driving high-quality client engagements and distributor activation across the region. • Investor Engagement & Enablement Conduct product orientation and market update sessions for investor. Ensure alignment of business objectives through structured engagement plans. • Market Development & Distribution Expansion Work closely with cluster and regional sales teams to grow market share by expanding channel footprint and improving product mix penetration. • Market Insights & Strategy Monitor industry trends, competitive movements, and investor behavior to share actionable insights that influence product and sales strategies. • Relationship Management Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key distributors and clients. Act as a trusted advisor by providing holistic investment solutions. • Reporting & Feedback Loop Deliver timely feedback to internal stakeholders on field-level developments, distributor requirements, and client expectations to drive continuous improvement. ⸻ Qualifications & Competencies: • Education MBA (Finance/Marketing) or equivalent post-graduate qualification. NISM Series V-A certification is mandatory. • Experience Minimum 7 years of experience in the financial services industry, ideally within mutual funds, wealth management, or related distribution-focused roles. • Key Skills • Strong knowledge of mutual fund products and investment strategies • Excellent communication, training, and presentation abilities • Proven relationship-building and consultative sales skills • Ability to work across diverse regional markets with strategic agility • High motivation and ownership of business outcomes Show more Show less
