Product Specialist

As a Retail EV Sales Specialist at Tata Motors, your role will involve driving retail EV sales volume, market share, and enhancing customers" pre and post-purchase experience. You will serve as the product specialist to address customer queries related to both vehicles and charging at dealerships and other points of sale. Additionally, you will ensure that EV customers receive a differentiated customer experience and that dealerships/stores prioritize EV sales. Working closely with Dealer Sales Executives, you will be responsible for achieving retail targets and driving EV sales in dealerships. You will also manage and activate leads, ensuring 100% follow-up to a logical conclusion. Moreover, you will conduct micro-market activations such as events at offices, malls, and apartments, as well as home visits and product demonstrations to customers.
