About the Role

Agkem Impex Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and highly knowledgeable Product Specialist

with expertise in Rhodium products and Jewellery consumables. The ideal candidate will drive

product sales, provide technical support, and strengthen client relationships within the jewellery

manufacturing segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Rhodium products and jewellery consumables to retailers, manufacturers, and

distributors.

• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge, application methods, and usage techniques.

• Conduct product training, demos, and technical sessions for clients.

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Rhodium solutions.

• Manage sales targets, market expansion, and customer retention.

• Handle product queries, troubleshooting, and provide after-sales support.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.

• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2–6 years of experience in Jewellery / Rhodium product sales.

• Strong technical understanding of Rhodium and finishing consumables.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to understand client requirements and deliver effective solutions.

• Willingness to travel as per business needs
