Role Description

This full-time, on-site role based in Chennai involves managing relationships with clients and stakeholders. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, promoting passive schemes, handling customer inquiries, and providing efficient service. The individual will also be involved in generating leads, conducting market research, and maintaining a thorough knowledge of the company's products and services.

Qualifications

• Experience in client relationship management, customer service, and client engagement
• Knowledge of financial products and investment solutions, including mutual funds and wealth management
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and sales strategies
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the financial services industry is advantageous
