As a Product Owner, you'll turn strategy into action—managing the product backlog and collaborating across teams to deliver impactful, user-focused features. What You Will Be Doing Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand the user needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends. Feature Definition & Scope: Develop and refine new product concepts using personas, stakeholder maps, customer journey maps, and user story maps. Deliver Product Requirements Documents, Wireframes, and Flow Diagrams as needed. Product Backlog Ownership: Write and prioritize high-quality user stories with relevant acceptance criteria. Own and manage the product backlog, groom it with Engineering Teams. Bug Management: Review and prioritize incoming bugs to ensure product quality. Agile Process: Attend scrum meetings, work with Delivery Manager to help clear blockers by providing necessary product inputs. Product Acceptability Testing: Carry out product acceptability testing to ensure quality. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with UX, Engineering and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive product strategies. Enablement: Facilitate documentation, and communication to inform internal teams and external stakeholders about releases and feature updates. Essential What we are looking for from you: Proven experience in product management, working closely with engineering teams to create and maintain backlogs and user stories, with deep expertise in Agile methodologies within software or SaaS product environments. Proficient in using wireframing tools such as Figma or Sketch to visualize and communicate product concepts. Desirable Experience with AI-powered software features is a plus, along with a strong background in data-driven decision-making Hands-on experience translating insights into actionable product requirements within a B2B environment.
