Project Role Description :
Drives the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach. Shapes and manages the product roadmap and product backlog and ensures the product team consistently deliver on the clients needs and wants. Validates and tests ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes.

Summary:As a Product Owner, you will drive the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach. Your typical day will involve shaping and managing the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring that the product team consistently delivers on client needs and wants. You will validate and test ideas through recurrent feedback loops, ensuring that knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes. This role requires a proactive approach to understanding customer requirements and translating them into actionable tasks for the team, fostering collaboration and innovation throughout the product development process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Expected to be an SME.
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate regular meetings to ensure alignment and progress towards product goals.
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of product management.

  • Must To Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in Product Development Management.
  • Good To Have
    Skills:
  • Experience with Scrum, Avanade Scrum Project Management.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively based on customer feedback and business value.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and communication.
    Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Product Development Management.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
