Product Owner

As a technical product owner at Equifax, you play a crucial role in bridging customer needs with technological capabilities. Your expertise in technical product knowledge will drive strategic conversations and enhance value for Equifax and its customers. You will be responsible for grooming the product backlog and ensuring a more efficient user experience through insight into technical requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Connect with the Customer in partnership with Product Management - Identify customers and stakeholders - Understand customer pain points and requirements - Develop whole product solutions within the existing ecosystem - Contribute to the Plan and Roadmap - Assist in solutioning and epic decomposition process - Manage dependencies required for delivery - Prioritize backlog aligned with Product Management best practices - Manage & Prioritize Team Backlogs - Create user stories and prioritize sprint planning - Define acceptance criteria and ensure clear understanding by the development team - Capture feedback from demos and incorporate into enhancements - Getting and Applying Feedback & Lessons Learned - Document customer feedback and incorporate into new story development - Understand team velocity, testing gaps, and reasons for delays - Monitor adoption KPIs and incorporate feedback into future iterations **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred - 2-5 years of product management experience or related coursework - General understanding of Agile methodologies and data structure - Cloud certification or ability to attain - Experience in financial services is a plus As a technical product owner at Equifax, your ability to build strong relationships, take initiative, and prioritize responsibilities in a dynamic environment will set you apart.
