Salesforce CRM Product Owner (with Solution Architect Expertise)

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce CRM Product Owner with strong Solution Architect experience to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our Salesforce CRM platform. This hybrid role requires business acumen to prioritize and manage CRM capabilities, alongside technical expertise to design scalable, integrated, and user-centric solutions that improve sales, service, and customer engagement.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce admins, developers, and third-party vendors to ensure the CRM platform supports growth, operational efficiency, and excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Ownership:

• Define and manage the Salesforce CRM product roadmap, aligned to business goals across sales, service, and customer success.
• Develop and prioritize the product backlog, create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with sales, service, marketing, and operations teams to capture requirements and translate them into scalable CRM solutions.
• Monitor CRM adoption, user feedback, and business KPIs to continuously improve platform functionality and user experience.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product demos.

Solution Architecture:

• Architect and oversee technical designs for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related CRM solutions.
• Lead integrations between Salesforce CRM and external systems such as ERP, marketing automation, finance, and custom applications.
• Define data models, automation workflows, security roles, and sharing models ensuring best practices.
• Provide guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities including Lightning components, Apex, Flows, and APIs.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security policies.
• Partner with Salesforce admins, developers, and architects to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

Requirements / Specifications

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM product ownership or management roles.
• 3+ years of solution architecture experience with Salesforce CRM Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities: Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, Flows, and APIs.
• Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Sales Cloud Consultant
• Service Cloud Consultant
• Platform App Builder
• Salesforce Administrator
• Product Owner Certification (Any one is nice to have)
• Certified Scrum Product Owner(CSPO)
• SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager (SAFe POPM)

Key Skills:

• Experience integrating Salesforce CRM with marketing, commerce, or data clouds.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Experience Cloud and omni-channel customer engagement.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance like GDPR, CCPA.
