Job Description

As a Product Marketing Manager at Yanolja Cloud Solutions, you will play a crucial role in leading go-to-market efforts, crafting compelling product narratives, and driving customer adoption across our portfolio. Your strategic mindset and customer-centric approach will be key in translating product capabilities into business value, ensuring growth, and market success. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Go-to-Market Strategy** - Plan and execute successful product launches and feature rollouts in collaboration with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams. - **Positioning & Messaging** - Develop clear, differentiated, and compelling product positioning and messaging tailored to various customer segments and buyer personas. - **Sales Enablement** - Create impactful sales tools including pitch decks, one-pagers, product briefs, FAQs, and training materials to empower the sales team. - **Customer & Market Insights** - Conduct customer research, analyze competitor offerings, and stay updated on market trends to refine product strategy and GTM approach. - **Campaign Management** - Collaborate with content and demand generation teams to design and deliver product marketing campaigns that enhance engagement and adoption. - **Internal Communication** - Ensure all internal stakeholders are well-informed on product updates, value propositions, and messaging through regular briefings and enablement sessions. - **Performance Tracking** - Monitor and report on the success of product marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. **Required Skills & Experience:** - Proven experience in product marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS, travel tech, or hospitality domains. - Strong understanding of buyer journeys, value-based messaging, and GTM strategies. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts. - Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams. - Familiarity with marketing tools (CRM, CMS, analytics platforms) and sales enablement tools. - Self-starter with strong project management and organizational skills. - Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data. - Creative thinker who excels in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. **Nice to Have:** - Experience in marketing API-based platforms or integrated ecosystems. - Background in hospitality, travel distribution, or related technology sectors. - Exposure to global or multi-market product launches.
