Develop event marketing strategies, including pre-event promotions, onsite branding, and post-event follow-ups. Closely work with the compliance and finance team to follow contract and payment processes. Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, or similar) for email campaigns, lead nurturing, and analytics for the events. Marketing promotional material approval and logistics for distribution – Preparing a yearly/quarterly plan for the new marketing assets required by sales team for Product, patient education, etc., in collaboration with marketing team. This will help to allocate the time and resources as per the need. Following the compliance, regulatory and legal processes for initiating and getting the marketing content approved as per the timelines. Capabilities and experience of managing logistics for all the assets on demand from the sales team. Product Demo Mobile Trucks Management Oversee the scheduling, logistics, and maintenance of mobile demo trucks used for customer engagement. Coordinate with sales teams to align demo routes and visits with key business priorities. Track mobile demo performance and customer feedback for continuous improvement. Collaborative working with the agency partners for smooth running and execution of mobile truck events. Safeguard the branding and cleanliness of product and mobile truck as per the standards. Job Description Primary Function of Position A da Vinci Area Sales Manager is responsible for selling the daVinci™ Surgical System to greenfield hospitals and existing hospitals within the Area Sales Manager’s assigned territory. Da Vinci Area Sales Managers are expected to provide an extraordinary degree of information gathering and presenting to buying teams throughout the capital equipment purchasing process. Essential Job Duties Manage the complex sales process of daVinci Surgical Systems into new hospitals and upgrades into existing hospitals. Build clinical and administrative support through technical presentations, executive meetings, marketing events and system test drives. Build support from surgeons and administration for da Vinci® Surgery. Identify key institutions, generate market awareness, and drive sales of the daVinci™ Surgical System within an assigned sales territory.
