Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate leader to drive the adoption of Peek-a-Zoo among women who have the zeal to start their own preschool but lack the right opportunities. This role is ideal for someone with sales expertise, strong relationship-building skills, and a commitment to empowering women through education and entrepreneurship.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and collaborate with organizations aligned with women empowerment, including banks, NGOs, social welfare departments, and other stakeholders.

Develop and implement sales strategies to position Peek-a-Zoo as a game-changing tool for women aspiring to run profitable preschools.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential partners and customers.

Negotiate and close B2B partnerships to expand the reach of Peek-a-Zoo.

Work closely with the marketing team to design campaigns targeting women entrepreneurs in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.

Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track performance using CRM tools.

Provide market insights and customer feedback to enhance product offerings and business strategy.

Qualifications & Skills

✅ 3+ years of experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.

✅ Strong understanding of early childhood education and business development.

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

✅ Passionate about women empowerment and education.

✅ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

✅ Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
