Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Product Marketing Intern to support our user engagement initiatives across push notifications, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels. You will help craft compelling content, design user journeys, analyze performance, and drive product usage and retention.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute targeted engagement campaigns via push notifications, WhatsApp messages, emails, and in-app banners.
  • Copywriting: Write crisp, persuasive copy tailored for each channel, audience segment, and campaign objective.
  • User Segmentation: Collaborate with product and analytics teams to define and target user segments for personalized communication.
  • Journey Design: Support the creation of automated user journeys for onboarding, activation, and retention.
  • Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on campaign metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions), and suggest optimizations.
  • A/B Testing: Experiment with message formats, timings, and frequency to improve engagement.
  • Tool Usage: Learn and operate marketing tools (e.g., MoEngage, WebEngage, Clevertap, Mailchimp, etc.) for campaign deployment.


Who You Are:

  • A student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written communication skills with a flair for persuasive, concise copy.
  • Interest in digital marketing, product growth, and customer engagement.
  • Analytical mindset – comfortable working with basic campaign metrics and drawing insights.
  • Bonus: Prior experience with CRM or marketing automation tools.
