Product Manager - WMS

About the Role:

We are looking for a Product Manager/Senior Product Manager with experience in SaaS, specifically in Warehouse Management System (WMS) to lead the development and scaling of our WMS platform. You’ll be responsible for owning the product roadmap, user experience, and go-to-market strategy for our core WMS offering. The ideal candidate excels at solving complex challenges, has a strategic mindset, and delivers impactful solutions. You should be data-driven, customer-focused, and passionate about improving user experiences. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to market and ensure their success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own and evolve the vision and roadmap for the WMS product

2. Conduct market and user research to define features and pain points

3. Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and support teams

4. Drive end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, design, development, launch, and iteration

5. Define and track KPIs (e.g., NPS, adoption, retention, and transaction volumes)

6. Collaborate with enterprise clients, merchants, and partners to gather feedback

7. Work closely with onboarding and customer success to ensure product usability

8. Keep tabs on WMS industry trends, competitor products, and innovations in retail.

Tech Qualifications:

1. Minimum 2-3 years of product management experience in a tech startup or SaaS environment, with a focus on Warehouse Management System (WMS)

2. Strong understanding of WMS workflows.

3. Ability to write clear PRDs, define user stories, and prioritize product backlogs

4. Experience working with cross-functional engineering/design teams in an Agile environment

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – comfort with data tools and metrics

6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
