About the R ole We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive innovation and growth in our hotel technology platform. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the vision, strategy, and execution of our hotel tech products while collaborating with cross-functional te ams. Key Responsibilit ies: Product Strategy & VisionDefine and execute product strategy aligned with company objectives and market needs.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the hotel tech ind ustry.Develop product roadmaps and prioritize features for Brand Direct (treebo.com ), PMS(Property Management System), POS (Point of Sale), or other tools. Technical Lea dershipLead end-to-end feature development from ideation through launch.Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure successful de livery.Monitor product performance through KPIs and data analytics to drive improv ements. Stakeholder Ma nagementWork closely with sales, marketing, customer experience, and engineerin g teams.Build strong relationships with hotel partners and key stake holders.Translate customer feedback into actionable product impro vements. Operations E xcellenceDrive high-velocity decision making and execution in a fast-paced env ironment.Manage product lifecycle including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market st rategies.Ensure seamless integration with hotel systems like PMS, POS, and other operation al tools. What are we lo oking for: Minimum 4 years of product management experience in high-velocity en vironments.Proven track record of delivering impact in B2B or B2 C products.Familiarity with APIs, databases, and software development processes.Prior experience in the hospitality or travel-te ch industry Show more Show less
