Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and launch of our B2B and B2C portals. You will be a key driver in shaping the future of our digital platforms, ensuring they meet the needs of both our business clients and individual customers. The ideal candidate has a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of e-commerce and portal technology, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy: Define and execute the product vision and strategy for our B2B and B2C portals, aligning them with overall business goals.
  • Roadmap Management: Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on market trends, user feedback, business value, and technical feasibility.
  • User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive landscape analysis to identify new opportunities and validate product hypotheses.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive and successful product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
  • Requirements & User Stories: Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and product specifications, collaborating with design and engineering teams to deliver a seamless user experience.
  • Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product features and the overall portal performance. Use data to inform future product decisions.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and updates, effectively communicating product vision, roadmap, and results to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on B2B and/or B2C e-commerce portals or SaaS products.
  • Technical Skills: Solid understanding of web technologies, APIs, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experience with Agile methodologies is essential.
  • Analytical Abilities: Proven ability to use data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure success.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • User-Centric Mindset: Passion for building products that solve real problems for users and deliver exceptional experiences.
