Job Description : Product/Business Analyst (Entry-Level) Location : Mumbai Experience : 1–2 years Role Type : Full-time Responsibilities • Assist in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews. • Maintain and update the product backlog, ensuring clear user stories and acceptance criteria. • Work with operations, advisors, and compliance teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the tech team. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to explore new product ideas and innovation opportunities. • Document workflows, processes, and technical requirements for development and operations clarity. • Track sprint progress, identify blockers, and prepare regular reports on delivery. • Collaborate with developers, designers, and business teams to ensure smooth execution of projects. • Stay updated on fintech/wealthtech trends to contribute fresh ideas to the team. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field. • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp). • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong documentation and communication abilities. • Curiosity to explore fintech, wealth management, and process automation. • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt quickly. Nice to Have • MBA • Internship or project experience in business analysis or product management. • Exposure to fintech, investments, or wealth management domain. • Basic technical understanding (APIs, databases, workflows).
