Product Manager-Robot

Responsibilities

1.Product Strategy and Planning

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the Indian robotics market.
• Define the product vision, goals, and roadmaps for our robotic product lines, aligning them with the company's overall business objectives.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market demand, and technical feasibility.

2.Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with R&D teams (including software, hardware, and mechanical engineers) to translate product requirements into technical specifications and ensure successful product development.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain teams to optimize product design for manufacturability, manage production schedules, and ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, provide product training, and address customer concerns.

3.Product Development and Management

• Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch support.
• Create detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and wireframes to communicate product features and functionality to the development team.
• Monitor product development progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Conduct product testing and validation to ensure product quality and performance meet or exceed customer expectations.

4.Customer and Market Engagement

• Engage with customers, partners, and industry experts to gather feedback, understand user needs, and identify new product opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to showcase our robotic products and build brand awareness.
• Analyze market data and customer insights to drive continuous product improvement and innovation.

Requirements

1.Education

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering (such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Science), Robotics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

2.Experience

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the robotics or related technology industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing product development projects from concept to market launch.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and sales.

3.Technical Knowledge

• Strong understanding of robotics technologies, including mechanical design, electronics, software development, and artificial intelligence.
• Familiarity with relevant programming languages (such as Python, C++) and development tools.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to robotics.

4.Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
