Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full product lifecycle of driver-related solutions (e.g., motor drivers, software drivers), from requirement definition to launch.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to shape product roadmaps, specifications, and go-to-market strategies.
- Gather user and market feedback to prioritize features, optimize performance, and enhance user experience.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and cross-functional dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Ensure products comply with technical standards and customer requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or product management certification is a plus.
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in driver technology, automotive, or IoT industries.
- Strong understanding of driver systems (e.g., motor control, software drivers) and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate market insights and data into actionable product strategies.
